Welcome to ORZO. By accessing or using our mobile application and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using ORZO, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines.

2. Eligibility

ORZO is intended only for users who are legally allowed to use dating services in their jurisdiction. You must be at least 18 years old to use ORZO. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

You may register using Apple or Google authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use ORZO respectfully and in compliance with our Community Guidelines. You will not:

• Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Impersonate others or create misleading profiles
• Share explicit, violent, or illegal content
• Use the app for commercial solicitation or spam
• Attempt to circumvent the gradual reveal or privacy features

5. Dating and Safety Disclaimer

ORZO facilitates connections but does not conduct background checks on users. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. We encourage you to exercise caution, meet in public places, and report suspicious behavior. See our Safety page for more information.

6. Profile and Chat Rules

Profile information and chat messages must comply with our Community Guidelines. ORZO uses a gradual reveal system — attempting to share identifying information prematurely to bypass this system may result in account action.

7. Prohibited Content

Sexual harassment, nudity, exploitation, violence, hate speech, and illegal content are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

8. In-App Features

ORZO may offer premium features, blind date packages, or other in-app purchases. Pricing and availability may change. All purchases are subject to the terms of the applicable app store.

9. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or for any reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time. See our Delete Account page.

10. Limitation of Liability

ORZO is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ORZO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or interactions with other users.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of ORZO after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
