Child Safety Standards

This policy describes how ORZO by ORZO prevents and responds to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). It is published to support Google Play requirements for Social and Dating apps.
1. Zero-Tolerance Standards
ORZO has zero tolerance for any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children. We prohibit:
- Any CSAM content, links, or attempts to share such material
- Child grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or sexual exploitation behavior
- Requests for sexual content involving minors
- Any attempt to use ORZO to facilitate abuse or exploitation of minors
2. In-App and Support Reporting Mechanisms
Users can report harmful content or behavior directly in the app using Report and Block tools. Users can also submit reports by email at support@orzodating.com or through our Contact page.
3. How We Respond to Reports
We review reports promptly and take action based on severity and available evidence. Actions may include:
- Content removal
- Immediate account suspension or permanent removal
- Preservation of relevant evidence where legally required
- Escalation to law enforcement or relevant authorities when required by law
4. Legal Compliance
ORZO and ORZO act in accordance with applicable child safety and reporting laws in relevant jurisdictions. Where we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM, we take appropriate action consistent with law and platform policy.
