Delete Your ORZO Account

You can request deletion of your ORZO account and associated personal data at any time.

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: In the App

1. Open the ORZO app
2. Go to Settings
3. Tap Account
4. Select Delete Account
5. Confirm your deletion request

Option 2: Email Us

Send an email to support@orzodating.com with the subject line:

Delete My ORZO Account

Include the email address or phone number connected to your ORZO account so we can verify your identity.

What Happens After Deletion

Once your request is verified, your account, profile information, and personal data associated with your account will be deleted according to our data retention policy.

Some limited information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution purposes. Retained data will not be used for marketing or matchmaking.

Before You Delete

• Active matches and conversations will be permanently removed
• You will lose access to any premium features or purchases
• Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
